A propósito de la Women’s March quiero contarles una
historia donde viví la injusticia de ser mujer: Hace ya varios años me sacaron
de un trabajo porque tenía una relación con un compañero, sin embargo él lo
dejaron trabajando allí, sin añadirle importancia. Justo hoy me doy cuenta de
la injusticia vivida.
A pesar de que estoy consciente de que rompí algunas reglas,
estúpidas en mi opinión, de la empresa, ambos hicimos lo mismo, así que ambos
teníamos que haber salido.
Casos como éste se viven en todas partes del mundo, pero a
mi me tocó nacer en un extremo continental en el que reina el machismo, lo cual
es culpa de muchas mujeres, hoy el poder femenino se levanta en el mundo para
pedir respeto e igualdad, una acción que debe mantenerse cada día hasta que el
objetivo se cumpla.

Regarding
the Women’s March I want to tell you a story where I experienced the injustice
of being a woman: Several years ago I was taken out of a job because I had a
relationship with a coworker, however he continued working there, without the
company adding importance to it.
Just today
I realize the injustice I have experienced. Although I was aware that I broke
some of the company rules, stupid rules in my opinion, the normal case would
had been that we both had leave.
Cases such
as this are lived in all parts of the world, but I was born at a continent
where male chauvinism reigns, which is many cases the fault of many women,
today women’s power is raised all over the world to demand respect and
equality, an action that must be maintained every day until the goal is
achieved.
Esta semana estuve viendo "Funny Girl" por enésima vez, amo esa película, su mensaje de mujer con éxito se marcó en mi mente desde la primera vez que la vi. Por es les dejo esta canción que hoy está más vigente que nunca, y aunque el contexto de la escena comienza con Fanny dejándolo todo por ir con su amado, escuchen de cerca que el poderoso mensaje está allí.
